Do you do custom orders?

Overall, I prefer the freedom of creating newly inspired, unique, individual art pieces for my customers, but if you have something in mind, do reach out to discuss.

How often do you update your shop?

The shop is updated as pieces are made, in small batches. I announce all updates to the shop on Instagram.

Can you notify me when there is new work available?

Please sign up for post notifications on Instagram so you can stay abreast on all shop updates as they happen!

Do you do wholesale?

Yes, for wholesale inquiries please contact [email protected]

How are items shipped?

All items are shipped out using Fedex ground and are shipped out within 5-7 business days of your purchase. If you reside in the US, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days after it is shipped. If you would like to have your item rush shipped or with any kind of special handling, please send me a note prior to ordering to work out those details.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet, but I am looking into international shipping options for the future. Stay tuned. Currently I only ship within the US.

Can I return an item?

All sales are final–no refunds or exchanges.

What if the product arrives damaged?

I pack items very carefully and take every precaution to ensure products arrive safely to your door, but I understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact the studio within 2 days of receiving your product using the contact form. An exchange for a similar item of equal value will be arranged.

Nicole Caputo Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure your address is correct when ordering. If an incorrect address is given, please call Fedex to resolve the matter.

What time zone are you in?

I am based in New York, which is in the EST zone.

How can I pay?

All payments are processed through STRIPE, a secure payment processor. You can also use Apply Pay now as well! Please refer to the STRIPE website to review their up to date information on their security policies and procedures.

How do I care for my new ceramics?

I recommend hand washing your items with mild soap.

Additional Information about my work:

Please keep in mind, as with any handmade art object, there will be variations in the size, surface and glaze. Due to the hand built and hand carved nature of my work, most pieces are not perfectly symmetrical and they are not trying to be. There may be glaze drips and textural differences on surfaces and glaze areas, which I think only add charm and character to each piece. If you are one who likes perfectly straight vessels, lines and surfaces, my work may not be right for you. Slight variations from the online image are to be expected. If you are unhappy with the item please contact me within 3 days to discuss the issue.

All sizes listed are approximate.
